GiftPorto.com and its member gift basket companies aim to provide a high level of quality gift baskets and customer service. We guarantee our service to customers and recipients by providing a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you or your gift basket recipient are not completely satisfied with your gift, we will replace or refund your purchase.
Order Confirmation & Payment
You will receive an email confirmation of your order once you have submitted your purchase. A copy of your invoice is maintained on our website when you login and view your personal account (you can Quick Subscribe to create a personal account). GiftPorto.com hosts a secure payment gateway using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. You can pay be credit card by using GiftPorto.com’s secure gateway.
Taxes & Delivery Charges
The appropriate taxes and delivery charges will be added to your purchase at the time of check out. Taxes vary by state and are payable based on the location of the recipient of your gift baskets. Delivery charges vary depending on local delivery or shipping rates.
Returns & Exchanges
GiftPorto.com and its members are happy to replace a gift basket or item from within the gift basket should you or your recipient not be fully satisfied. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the gift basket and simply return the gift basket or item intact for your refund or exchange. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.
Cancellations
Cancellation of your order must be received 24 hours before the day of delivery. This will result in a full refund less half of the amount for applicable inventory, handling and processing charges. Unfortunately, cancellations after 24 hours before the day of delivery can not be refunded.
Substitutions
Gifts featured on GiftPorto.com represent the overall design and theme of a basket. Exact ingredients cannot be assured for each basket as inventory varies. If an item is no longer available or does not meet our quality standards, Giftporto.com and its members may substitute an item of equal or greater value into the gift basket.
Correct Addresses & Re-Deliveries
Complete address details must be provided for the delivery of gift baskets. GiftPorto.com and its members can not deliver gift baskets to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
If the recipient is unable or unavailable to receive delivery at the address indicated on the order or a change of delivery destination is requested, then an additional delivery charge will apply.
Privacy
GiftPorto.com and its members collect personal information from visitors to this website and the recipients who receive gift baskets. GiftPorto.com and its members do not share, trade, sell or rent any of its customer or recipient information. GiftPorto.com and its members periodically use this information to communicate with its customers and recipients. Each customer and recipient communication includes an opt-out function which may be used.
